This section of our Website sets out our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) including our full delivery and returns process.

www.maisalamashop.com (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Enco Ventures General Trading LLC for its own benefit and the benefit of its affiliates and subsidiaries (together “we” or “us”) in the United Arab Emirates. Enco Ventures General Trading LLC is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates,and its registered office in Tower Hoten and Offices, Suite 1002B, SHZ road , PO 120353 , Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

These Terms apply to all sales of products made to you, the customer, via www.maisalamashop.com (“the Website”). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your order to us. These Terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

By placing an order with us you confirm that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not place any orders through the Website.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time and the new version of the Terms will apply to any offer or order placed on the Website after the new version has been posted. We therefore advise you to make sure you are in agreement with the Terms each time you place an order.

IMPORTANT: Only orders with delivery addresses within the UAE and GCC can currently be processed via the Website.

1. Information about us and how to contact us

We are Eco Ventures (United Arab Emirates). Our registered office is at United Arab Emirates, Dubai. You can contact us through our Customer Care team which is available to you as follows:

If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.

2. Our products

The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only and although every effort is made to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.

3. Our contract with you:

3.1. Orders

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you an order confirmation email. At this point, a contract for the sale and purchase of the ordered products will come into existence between you and us.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this by phone call or email and will not charge you for the products. This might be because:

  • The product is out of stock
  • We have identified an error in the price or description of the product.
  • Your billing name and address does not match that of the credit card used for payment
  • We need to deal with technical problems with the product or make minor technical changes.
  • We need to update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

When we have accepted your order, you will see a confirmation page that gives you your unique reference number and the total sum deducted from your credit or debit card account. You can print this page for your reference, or alternatively wait until you receive this information in our acceptance email titled “Thank you for placing your order”. The email will show all details of items purchased, delivery addresses, delivery options and packaging options, which you can keep for your records.

If you have any questions about an order, please contact our Customer Care Team using the contact details in section 1. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

3.2. Price and Payment

Prices on the Website are displayed in AED (which excludes VAT) and exclude any services you may elect to pair the purchase with, delivery costs, taxes or duties to which the purchase may be subject. VAT and any such additional costs will be displayed before your final check out.

Where you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency to AED, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed.

The destination you ask us to deliver to, the items & services you select and the method of delivery you choose will dictate what delivery charges, taxes and duties apply (if any). Please refer to our Delivery section for further details on delivery options.

You can pay for products using the following payment options:

CASH ON DELIVERY (Only Inside UAE):

Is permitted for Orders of up to AED 50,000.

WE’RE SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

  • Cheques
  • Postal Orders

We are sorry, but currently, we do not offer gift certificates or gift cards.

You must pay for the products before we dispatch them. We will not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch the products to you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

For your security and to avoid any fraudulent transactions, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

3.3. Order Cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • The Item(s) ordered is (are) not available.
  • We are unable to process the payment.
  • We Cannot deliver to the address provided.
  • A duplicate order was placed.

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email or phone call to explain the reason for the cancellation. Your original payment method will be refunded for the appropriate amount.

If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch please call our Customer Care Team on +971-50-4525092 with your order number, to discuss what practical options are available to you. Please note as we generally process orders very quickly and dispatch orders within 1-2 days therefore it may not be possible to prevent your order from being dispatched. In this instance, please return your order once received in accordance with our Returns Policy which is set out below and in our Customer Care.

3.4. Promotional Codes and discount schemes

Promotional codes are valid only in accordance with their terms, until the date stated, can be used only once, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or promotion. They are personal to you and cannot be transferred to third parties.

4. Delivery

4.1. Standard Delivery

We offer a delivery on all orders to the address specified by you in your order, usually within 3 – 5 working days from the date your order (Inside UAE) is accepted by us. (Working days are Sunday to Thursday excluding U.A.E. Public holidays).

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Unfortunately for select postcodes in specific areas we may offer limited delivery options. You will be notified of this at checkout.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the products ordered and the delivery address. We display all delivery charges at checkout before you confirm your order.

4.2. Delivery charges

We currently charge a flat fee of AED 30 for delivery anywhere within the UAE. Orders over AED 500 are eligible for free delivery within UAE only.

4.3. Receiving your order

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the products and to check them upon receipt for any visible defects or damage.

It is your responsibility to inspect the products carefully on delivery and if there is a problem, to let the delivery agent know immediately and contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may affect your rights under the Returns Policy below.

5. Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and all accessories.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the product is received and inspected.

Please note that certain products such as perishable goods, customized or personalized items, or intimate products may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

6. Faulty Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at mohamed.elhmaydi@encoventures.com or call +971-50-4525092. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eco Ventures excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the products sold through this Website, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Eco Ventures or its content suppliers and protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this Website without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
