All purchases made through Mai Salama Shop are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. By placing an order, you agree that the product is non-refundable and non-returnable, including for reasons of change of mind, dissatisfaction with fragrance, or any personal preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at maisalamashop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for support, you must include:
A clear photo or video showing the damage or error
Your order number
Original packaging (must be intact and included in photos)
Once we verify and approve your claim, we will either issue a replacement or offer store credit at our discretion. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
